We had a fabulous Valentine's Day, we kept it simple this year. We chose to sleep in, have a late breakfast/early lunch at Applebees. We hit the grocery store, Target and some electronic stores (how nice of me, I know). We visited with the neighbors (aka Raymonds sister and her family)and cleaned up the house some. I got some beautiful flowers from my dear husband and he got a cast iron skillet. Romantic, I know but that was all he wanted. He wanted to try a new technique for cooking steak. So for dinner we did steak and oh who wonderful it was! The new skillet was definitely appreciated! We made us a romantic dinner at home and then watched our wedding video. Sappy, but it was kinda fun to see how dorky we were not so long ago!
Our favorite was watching the uncut footage. Everyone just looking at us as we came out of the temple and the first thing Stacie said to us when we came out of the temple was something about grandkids! Oh well we had a great day and hope you all had a wonderful Valentines day as well!
