Oh the fine dining of my small hometown life! I grew up going to the Salmon Fry and I certainly have not wanted to give up this tradition! It is INCREDIBLE! I feel my life span may end a few years early because of the AMAZING butter sauce, but it is worth it. PROMISE! I am so happy my family still makes it a TOP PRIORITY to attend every year, and I am so HAPPY Raymond loves it too! This day completely reminds me of childhood and happy feelings, unfortunately I don't get back to Garland too often but it was nice to make it back and enjoy the small towns big happenings. It has grown so much which makes me sad, but it will always have a tender spot in my heart!!
