We had my family over for dinner...it was delicious. We made Costa Vida chicken salads...hot tortilla topped with romaine lettuce, homemade Spanish rice, Mexican beans, sweet pulled chicken, crunchy tortilla strips, cheese, cilantro and homemade tomatillo dressing. I am glad we liked it because we have had enough left overs for the whole week. I got to hang out with these two cute girls as well as Briele. We made some cookies and then iced and sprinkled them. It was pretty fun, glad they were able to come!
