So I looked back on my posts since the New Year and it appears that we are quite boring but I assure you...we are fun...and we are busy. We have been running running running trying to keep up with life. Raymond has been working away his days both at his job, The Wood Benders, and on re-finishing a kiosk for my brother, Steve. In addition he is quite busy with scouts and young men's callings, a scout over-nighter in January, and trying to spend time with me. I don't know if I mentioned it but Raymond switched jobs mid-November. He is still in the carpentry business but this shop is proving to be much different than the last. He is loving the change in pace, different projects and the people he works with.
I have been busy with work, never feeling like I get anywhere...I just keep circling around with interviewing, hiring, training new employees...I feel like this little cycle may be the death of me. We have been going out to dinner with lots of friends/family, movie nights with Thurston's, Horspool's and Blake, I visit an elderly neighbor twice a week to check her vitals and see how she is doing, helping a brother move, helping Whipple's get their house re-organized, doctor appointments...and so much more. A happy note is I finally have health insurance and Raymond's should go through any day...it is expensive but I have spent so much time and effort on trying to obtain insurance so I am grateful regardless of the price.
Life is good. We are trying to live in the moment and be grateful for all that we have.
