Conference weekend was great. We actually did A LOT of yard work and for us that is impressive. We de-thatched our yard which led to nearly 3 hours of racking and the entire truck full of junk. Our yard looked terrible after doing so but after fertilizing, water, snow, rain, and some time its looking a bit better. Sadly we were both fried after spending the day in the sun which leads me to believe the Caribbean is going to be quite the shock for us but that is a risk I am willing to take.
Sunday we enjoyed a lazy morning, steak and eggs for breakfast, a lazy afternoon, we actually did our taxes, and soaked up the day. I don't know why but I have ALWAYS wanted to try steak and eggs for breakfast and the one time I did, we were at a casino at a very late hour and it was so not good, but these ones were delicious...thanks for cooking Ray!
