I can't believe Powell has already come and gone for the year. As usual it was exhausting yet fun. It has taken me quite a few days to bounce back from it this year, I just can't seem to get enough sleep! Life has been crazy and stressful! But back to Powell...
We took naps...played in the water, sand and canoe...we got really messy eating spaghetti but it was oh so good...
We watched Uncle Rick build an incredible Sphinx out of sand...we had lots of dance parties...beautiful sunsets...and even some fireworks...
We went on a tour of the canyons...Cody and Ray climbed some cliffs just to jump off of them...we swam to cool off...which swimming in the canyons is my favorite!
We enjoyed our long boat ride...um...yeah...we did...
We took these crazy kids on the tube...and for the most part they loved it...that was until it got very choppy and they all nearly tipped over...a little traumatic for some...
And these crazy cats rode the wakeboard together...Lexi was super brave and even mustered a smile and wave for us...she loves being able to spend time with her dad...if you look at the top right picture to the left of the most left bush...there are two people...Cody & Lexi went for a hike and I took this to prove to Lexi just how high they were...because they look like ants!!
It was a fun year, I didn't enjoy being without Raymond for half the week but we survived! Happy Summer!
