I can't believe we have been married for 4 years!! It has gone by so fast, yet so slow (if that makes any sense!)!! We decided celebration of our anniversary doesn't require a "go and do" so we simply celebrated by being together and it was fabulous! We don't exchange gifts, just cards with our sentiments inside, and oh man Raymond's was amazing. With his permission I am going to share...(he got one of those singing cards so this is all with the background song of "Only You and You Alone", hehe)
Nicole,
Many anniversaries from now when we have been together for a very long time I wonder what it will be like. Will we share extra blankets to keep warm? Count the stars from our front porch rockers? Dream older, wiser dreams or be contented with the memories we've made? Of course, I can't predict the future, bit I'll tell you what I do know. If we use extra blankets, I'll still need to hold you close, If we sit in our rockers, mine will be right next to yours. And no matter how old or wise we become, I'll still want to feel your gentle hand in mine. I guess what I'm trying to say is, I look forward to whatever the future may hold--as long as my future holds you. Happy Anniversary--I love you forever
Raymond
I am so grateful for my amazing husband and the life we have together. His sweet writings sum it up, I want to be with him forever. He is my everything and I couldn't imagine life without him. I hope you all have the opportunity to be married to your best friend, there is truly no better feeling in the world.
P.S. This is my 100th post! Cool huh!
