Seriously!?!
Remember the big mess about the Carnival cruise Splendor catching fire?? Remember how they said the week after the incident was cancelled?? Well guess who just found out that the next 5-6 months of the Mexican Riviera cruises has been cancelled!!! And guess who was supposed to be on that cruise in 2 months!! I can rebook now if I want to depart from Florida but I can't afford to fly to Florida on Christmas Day! Oh my, I am so bummed!! I realize, this cruise being post-poned probably saved our lives---I was certain we would end up like the movie Poseidon on New Year's Eve--but still, this sucks!! Now our super fun Christmas/New Year get away is no more! I better find something else fun to do otherwise I just might start crying, heck I will probably cry anyways because I was SO SO SO excited to go on a cruise to mexico! Anyone want to come somewhere fun with me Dec 26-Jan 2??

oh I see how it is. You cancel your trip to texas to go on a cruise!! That is why you are being punished and the cruise was cancelled. It is because you ditched out on us. See, a year and a half ago we were on said ship cruising along to cabo san lucas, mazatlan, and puerto vallarta when to our wonder our cruise was cancelled DURING our floating around in the ocean because of a certain swine flu breakout. So although you don't get to go on a cruise at least you didn't pay for a cruise but then never really get it. We didn't get a refund or anything so we just floated around in the ocean for a week without our scheduled stops. So, you see that cruise is cursed for us and since you were suppose to come and see us and cancelled to go on that cruise, it too has been cursed for you. Mwahahahaha!
But in all seriousness, I'm sorry your cruise was cancelled!! You guys are still totally welcome to come and visit us we will be here completely alone for christmas without a penny to our name and a whole month of John not in school. I don't know what we are going to do!! At least we get to go to disneyland in January right!!?
I say disneyland or disney world!!
Erin, I'm sorry! We were still planning on Texas but others had backed out and that is a super long way to drive with just the two of us! But we still want to come visit at some point! That is way fun that you get to go to Disneyland!!
Jodi, I am all for it! Just convince Steve! Probably Disneyland cause I can't afford to fly to Florida and play when we get there!
I'm sorry Nicole! But I'm totally game for getting the heck out of dodge with ya!! :) We could have a swell time. Haha.
Nicole we are Totally and completely fine that you guys aren't coming! We would have loved to see you guys but it is a ridiculously long drive and to be honest we have zipola money right now because it is the end of the semester and we are going to disneyland in jan. So our funds are super low. I was actually kindof nervous that you guys would be coming and we wouldn't have any money to do anything so it probably worked out for the best.
If you guys are going to switch and go to disneyland by some small chance if you can come in January you should go around the week of January 25-31. That is when we will be there. We are going with most of johns family and meeting them there since I found airline tickets for so cheap ($180 a piece!) but we would love to see you guys if the stars align and you were there.
I hope you guys figure out something fun to do. Have you looked into cruises leaving out of galveston, tx. They have had airfare to fly into Houston (HOBBY) for around $220 lately. Galveston is only like an hour from there. Plus we are only 2 hours from the airport too! :)
