We got Katelyn's newborn pictures done the day after Christmas. We were worried with her being a bit older than the photographer (Nicole Nelson-Pixie Dust Photography) preferred (due to Nicole being super sick) that she wouldn't cooperate very well. Well my girl likes to sleep, ALOT. She did great and Nicole was quite impressed with how she just let us do whatever! Nicole did such an AMAZING job, I am so happy with all of the pictures! I am having a hard time choosing just a couple to display in our home! Nicole was so good with Katelyn, she treated her like she was the most amazing and beautiful baby in the world (which I agree with), she snuggled her, rubbed her head, didn't even flinch when Katelyn projectile pooped on her--twice (which even Ray couldn't handle). I LOVE Nicole and would definitely go to her again...and heck she made me and Ray look pretty good which is a feat!
I know some of them look very much alike but I can't help but notice and love the tiniest little things like how her rosey lips squish together and hang open or when they pout, her little scowl that is sometimes more fierce than others, her little toes sticking out the bottom when she refused to keep them tucked any longer, her fingers that she loves to stick out and apart and I definitely love the sweet smile and giant yawn that was caught! I love this pictures!
